The City of Biloxi, Mississippi will receive Sealed or Electronic Bids
until 10:00 a.m. on the 25th day of September, 2024, for surplus real property,
pursuant to the provisions of Miss. Code Ann. §21-17-1(2)(a) (1972), as amended.

It is the City's intent to sell real property located on Alice Drive, Biloxi, Mississippi, and identified as a portion of Tax Parcel No. 1210D-02-049.000, Lot 9, Block 7, Tanglewood Subdivision AND a portion of Lot 8, Block 7, Tanglewood Subdivision, beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 7, run East a distance of 30 feet: South 10 feet; West 30 feet; North to the place of beginning., Section 26-7-10.
