pursuant to the provisions of Miss. Code Ann. ยง21-17-1(2)(a) (1972), as amended.
It is the City's intent to sell real property located on Bay Vista Drive, Biloxi, Mississippi, and identified as Tax Parcel Nos. 11108-02-058.000 and 11108-02-059.00, being Lot 17, Block 3, Bay Vista Subdivision.
